Wait List Overview (Square Appointments)
Our booking app includes the option to request dates and times that are not currently available. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled and fits your criteria you will receive a notification including a link to submit a booking request. You may add multiple preferences for various dates and times. You may specify “before”, “after”, “between” or “any time” for your availability for each date or date range entered. If your availability has changed you may submit a new wait list request. If you wish to avoid receiving notifications for a previously entered wait list request please ask us to cancel the request.
The wait list will be monitored. If it is possible to move a rest period or another appointment to accommodate your request we will contact you directly to set up the appointment. Automation has been enabled. All wait list requests matched to a qualifying opening will be responded with a notification. Submit your booking request as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Wait List Overview for Non-Clients
When our booking request page indicates restrictions are in place the booking app wait list will be intended for clients only. Unqualified wait list requests may be canceled without notification. A separate off-chart wait list is hosted within our digital calendar to which declined booking and wait list requests may be moved. You will therefore not receive automated notifications of new openings but may receive an appointment offering directly, if available according to your criteria.
Register on our client wait list if you would like to be contacted when we feel we may be able to accomodate new guests. Enter your contact details in our newsletter form and be sure to select Wait List.
